Frequently asked questions

What should I include in a support request?

Include the site location, system involved, symptoms, affected devices, business impact, access requirements, and any troubleshooting already completed.

Can I request urgent support?

Yes. Choose “As soon as possible” and describe the issue and business impact. Service availability and response timing must be confirmed; submitting an inquiry does not schedule a technician or provide emergency response. For an immediate threat to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Can you arrange ongoing maintenance?

Share your locations, installed systems, preferred visit schedule, and maintenance requirements. The scope can include agreed equipment checks, troubleshooting, updates, testing coordination, and service records.

Can field work be coordinated with a remote vendor?

Identify the vendor contact, access needs, system ownership, and validation steps so the on-site and remote teams can work from the same plan.
